ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I pursue many different types of subject matter and have a particular love for expressing Kentucky's landscapes in paintings and photographs.

I have been a painter since 1985. I'm a native of Daviess County and live in Louisville. My work is in corporate collections in Kentucky and in private collections nationwide and in Germany. I have exhibited numerous times at the Kentucky Visions show, regionally and internationally, including Kunst in der Statdt, Mainz, Germany; Documenta in Kassal, Germany 1992; Museu de Arte Moderna Do, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; during Zealand Cultural month, Middleburg, Holland; and twice at The Fringe in Edinburgh, Scotland. My work is represented by Zephyr Gallery, Louisville, and GOGO Gallery, Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm also a commercial photographer and have been published by magazines, corporations and advertising agencies worldwide since 1984.
